各位前輩好

小弟在黑五的時候敗了一台一年96刀大水牛的16核ovz小雞雞，

  7. Total RAM            : 36224 MB (2301 MB Used 456 MB Buff)
  8. Total SWAP           : 0 MB (0 MB Used)
  9. Uptime               : 1 days 18 hour 17 min
  10. Load Average         : 2.06, 4.20, 4.60
  11. TCP CC               : cubic

原本規劃是拿來跑ffmpeg做串流，
想說一核分配一個頻道，所以在上面跑了16個頻道，
大概放了6個小時之後，收到了不幸的消息，

小雞竟然被Suspension了，
其實我手上還有幾台不是黑五買的ovz最高規的4核小雞，
之前頂多被power off沒想到黑五的小雞執行了嚴格的TOS，
如果要恢復正常的話，
需要執行叫做Service Suspension Appeal的一個申訴流程，

第一步 竟然要先付申訴費．．．25刀
由於想說這高規小雞還蠻特別的，還是把它救回來好了，
畢竟以規格來說比正規的ovz四核來得划算許多，

  1. Invoice Items

  3. xxx - Suspension Fee        $25.00 USD
  4. Sub Total        $25.00 USD

第二步 要解釋你在機器上面幹啥 為啥會high load
他有一個表格，填上之後會自動送出ticket

  1. SUSPENSION APPEAL FORM
  3. Suspension Reason: High Load/Abuse
  5. What were you running on your service?

  7. Have you reviewed our terms of service and understand what is prohibited?
  8. yes
  9. What steps will you take to prevent further abuse?
  10. I will reduce services loading and first time do prevent it.
  11. Do you know how to monitor your network usage, load, CPU usage, and I/O levels?

  13. May we access your service and/or reset your service if a problem is found?
  14. u can shutdown my VPS in first time and notice to me.

他就會幫你解除停機並且提醒你不要再發生這樣的情形，
不過實際上上，系統幾乎隔了一天才幫我解除，
可能是因為沒有幫我解除好，
之後又發了幾條ticket溝通才順利解決。

結論就是：
交了25刀的學費，
基本上付錢應該都會幫你解除Suspension
（不知道有沒有人付了錢還不能解除的？）
黑五的買的小雞更要遵守TOS。
